---Quote--- My name is Iona Jackson, I am a Personal Logistics Manager for International Transportation Express. I wish to thank you for your interest in our proposal and offer you a few words about the offered position. POSITION: We are planning on hiring 10 to 15 new Transportation specialists within North America. This position does not involve any costs on your part to get started. TASK: A Transportation Specialist primarily works from home. As a Transportation Specialist you will forward received goods purchased by our overseas clients. Our Clients will be purchasing goods and products through major auction sites and online stores and using your address as a ship to address. You will then forward the packages on to our clients outside of the U.S. All packages are to be shipped as quickly as possible after you have received the shipping label. Usually within one (1) - (2) business days. TRAINING: Training will begin with a probationary period. During this probationary period you will receive step – by – step guidance and support. All correspondence will be between myself and you. There is no need to contact our clients. The probationary period will be a four (4) week period beginning on the date when you re-ship the first package that was shipped to you. During this period your wages will be commission based dependant on the quantity of reshipped packages. Commissions will be paid monthly. SALARIES: After your probationary period, you will be receiving $2,600.00 USD monthly as a base salary plus commissions for each package reshipped per month. COMMISSION RATES: 1 incoming package > 1 outgoing package = Commission of $30.00. 2 to 5 incoming packages + repack all into 1 package > 1 outgoing package = $60.00. COSTS: Costs of materials for repackaging will be reimbursed. AMOUNT OF PACKAGES: The amount of packages you would be handling can vary between 5 and 15 per week. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: 1. Printer – black and white is good enough; you will be required to print out prepaid shipping labels in order to ship out the packages. 2. Any software to open PDF files (Adobe Reader or any free PDF viewer). 3. Internet access – to check your email for information updates, communication and tracking of packages online. 4. Ability to receive packages right to your home address (no post office boxes accepted). 5. Basic Excel skills (to fill in weekly and monthly reports). 6. Contact phone number – (cell phone that can receive text messages, Blackberry device or Smart phone is optional but will be given priority consideration. 7. Valid ID – (copy of driver’s license or passport). For further information on getting started, but have additional questions please reply to this email by typing the word "Interested" without quotations into the subject line and include any questions you may have. Place the word "Agreement" in the subject line if you would like to see our Agreement. These are the two best and quickest ways to get a response from me as I have many emails daily. Below is a list of frequently asked questions and answers: I hope it will help answer any questions you may have and help you understand all aspects of the advertised position and the whole process in general. Q: Who is responsible for paying to have the packages shipped outside the country? A: You will be receiving prepaid shipping labels for shipping outside the country. Q: I currently have a permanent full time position, what are the busiest times of day with this position? A: When you receive the package and shipping label you will have to forward it. Preferably the next business day. You will have to maintain your own daily schedule coordinated with the mailing service. Q: How often throughout the week will I be receiving packages and up to how many packages could be received in one weeks time? A: 5-15 during the probationary period and more following the probationary period. Q: As I understand it, I would not be directly talking to any of the clients, so who would be contacting me on my landline and/or cell phone? A: I would, or someone else on behalf of the company. Q: Who would I receive training from and how long is the training? A: As you can see this position does not require special training. You must be disciplined to set and follow your own schedule and keep it. I will be your manager. Q: How would I receive my monthly payments and commissions? And is $1800.00 /month the max that I can gain with this position? A: Monthly payment would be through PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or Direct Deposit. $1800.00 per month is currently the max base wage for this position, but there is no real limitation in your commission. So the total income (after the probationary period) will be $1800 plus your commission during the month. Q: Would there be a return address put on these labels, and if so, would I have to put my address as the return address on the label? Who would be initially shipping the packages to my home address and who would have access to my home address? A: Yes. The return address would be your home address. In some cases packages might be returned due to incorrect weight or postage and in such cases we would need to send them over again. Q: How much space do I require? A: 3’ X 3’ feet would be good enough, or a small closet space. Q: When I send out these packages, do I pay for the postage? If so, is it reimbursed and how? A: No, you will be receiving prepaid shipping labels for that purpose. All you will need to do is print it and put it on the package. Q: How many packages and what kind of weight are we talking about and in what period of time? A: During the first month it will be 5-10-15 packages per week and the weight is between 1 and 44 pounds. Q: Are you somehow sure that what is in these packages is legal for me to be sending? A: In the packages will be items purchased from online stores and auctions. SO, yes I am positively sure it is legal. Also you can open the package to inspect it. Q: When placing multiple packages together in one (1) box for shipping, do I furnish my own packaging materials, boxes, etc? A: Yes, you need to use your own packaging materials, but any cost you incur for packaging will be reimbursed. You can purchase bubble wrap at any Home Depot or Lowe’s stores. If you are interested in this opportunity please follow the directions above to respond, otherwise kindly disregard this email. Thank You for your time.
