TASTING NOTES

Aspect : Intense blackish red with violet hues.

Nose :Aromas of cherries and blackberries with subtle notes of earth, pepper and coffee. Strong varietal typicity.

Palate : Flavors of prunes, candied cherries and raisins. A very balanced experience accented by round and ripe tannins.

SERVICE: Serve at 18ºC.

PAIRING: A good match for red and white meats, pasta dishes, pizza, meatballs and ripe cheeses.
