WINE GROWING METHOD: 30% in oak barrels of 225 liters renewed by quarter (25% of new oak + 75% of traditionnal wine which stayed in stainless steel vats during 6 months . Disgorged 2 months before sale. We added the glitters of gold when the degorging.

DOSAGE : Type Brut, 0.75 % (aroung 6g. of sugar per liter)

WINE NOTES: Limpid wine, yellow reflections.
Train of bubbles sharp, which feeds a persistent cord of fine bubbles.
The fine and elegant nose opens on candied fruits notes of peach. The full mouth with the attack is dominated by the peach of grapp and pomelos.
