WHAT IS IT?: Our artichokes are tender and not at all sour. They have a natural flavour, with no taste of lemons because of our home-made preparation.

SUGGESTIONS: Our artichokes are made naturally and traditionally and for that reason they only taste of artichokes and are very tender. They are very delicate and must be treated carefully to avoid their breaking up.

These artichokes are ideal for stews, salads, snacks and garnishes.

As they are so tender, we recommend adding them without stirring. They are ideal in salads with fresh cheese, anchovies and oregano.

After opening, keep in the refrigerator, properly sealed in the original liquid and container. Consume within 3-5 days.
