Sweet whey powder (SWP ) is obtained by drying fresh whey (derived during the manufacturing of cheeses such as Cheddar and Swiss) that has been pasteurized. With the exception of moisture, it contains all of the constituents of fresh whey in the same relative proportions.
The products are free of GMOs, antibiotics and inhibitory substances and contain no additives or neutralizers.
