Agrisole葡萄园
葡萄园分布于适合葡萄生长的石灰质粘土之上,造就了葡萄酒的优雅和丰富的矿物含量。红葡萄主要是托斯卡纳区的本地品种:桑娇维塞,黑马尔维萨,卡乐罗,卡耐奥罗。红葡萄主要是维蒙蒂诺,白马尔维萨,托斯卡纳棠比内洛和格莱切多。酒窖配备了所有现代技术,整个生产都在酒庄完成。

Agrisole
The farm Agrisole is located in the town of San Miniato (Pisa), a medieval town in the heart of Tuscany, characterized by the Rocca of Federico II of Svevia (The "Barbarossa") that dominates, almost to the protection of the ancient village. Distinguished guests such as Carducci and Napoleone Bonaparte have stayed there over the course of their lives. Today, San Miniato is famous for its history and fine white truffles.
The influence of the Mediterranean makes this temperate zone by creating a micro-climate ideal for grape ripening.
The vineyards of Agrisole are distributed over 5 ha, growing on a soil of limestone and clay rich in marine fossils that allow to obtain elegance and minerality in the wines.
The cultivated red varieties are primarily those native from Tuscany: Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Colorino and Canaiolo. For white varieties are cultivated Vermentino, white Malvasia, Trebbiano Toscano and Grechetto. The cellar adjacent to the vineyards is equipped with all the modern technologies that enable the entire production cycle within the company

Winery
The company, founded in 2004, covers 10 acres, 5 of which are vineyards and has an average annual production of 20- 25,000 bottles.We produce natural wines with artisan process that allows to enhance the varietal and territorial characteristics. The vineyard is treated only with organic and mineral fertilizers without the use of chemicals products or herbicides. The fermentation takes place exclusively with native yeasts.The wine is not subjected to microfiltration and thermal stabilization. Aged in french oak barrels. The wines are sold only after a reasonable aging in bottle.
